Create a bulletin board where employees can show off their most precious assets. Title the board “Why I Work Safely,” and have your workers bring in photos of family members. Hand out a Safety Bottle With Healthy Snacks to each participant as a thank you. When employees pass by the photos they will be reminded of the people who are counting on them to safely come home.
