Right Before Their Eyes

During National Safety Month, spend a few days videotaping your facility’s operations. Hold a safety luncheon in which you show the video to your workers. As the tape plays, point out the safety improvements that have been made since last year’s National Safety Month; a visual presentation creates more impact than just words. Show footage of employees following
safety procedures; people enjoy seeing themselves on the screen. Have “Caught Working Safely” Travel Tumblers or Multi-Function Pliers for all the lunch attendees.
